The Swiss Alps are truly majestic and although we didn’t travel to the top of the Schilthorn like 007 did in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, (our two days in the Lauterbrunnen Valley were shrouded by thick clouds) we took the opportunity to enjoy some deep relaxation at the Alpines Sportzentrum!
Pro Tip: Europeans tend to be more comfortable with their bodies than most Americans are. Anyone who’s familiar with the “Teutonic spank” moment in Rick Steves’ Europe can attest to the need to keep an open mind and embrace the uncomfortable.

Autumn inside Tham Restaurant. We never expected to find ourselves eating delicious Asian cuisine in Switzerland, but we found this place hit all the right spots and it was just steps away from our hotel.

Mr. Tham Kok Keong who opened his restaurant in Mürren in 1997.

Our delicious deep fried banana dessert!

We spent a little bit of downtime here and found some familiar favorites on television. Jacob's seen so much Seinfeld, he didn't need to understand German to know what was going on this episode.
